Gravity is the first beer offering from science based brewers The Zythologist brewing at Burnley brewing in Melbourne.

A Whiskey Aged Imperial Pastry Stout, this all grain kit should get you as close to the actual product as you can get by brewing it on your own systems at home.

There's a bit going on in this one!

Pouring jet black with a beautiful thick off white head. Flavours of rich dark chocolate cake, plum, dark caramel and a silky smooth vanilla finish that lasts.

This is a big, luxurious beer that isn’t too heavy in the body since some of the fermentables are derived from Demerara Sugar.

Brewers will need to source 620 grams of Demerara Sugar and 100g of cacao nibs for brewday plus 2 vanilla beans for the fermenter (optional).
