Can I pick up my products from your store?
Yes, you can visit our retail store and pick up or purchase any of the items that are on our website. Here are the details:

If you would like the order picked before you arrive, you will need to process the order online and we need to receive payment at least 24 hours before collection.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is only available for small items that with a combined total do not equal more than 20kgs and is only 1 carton. Any orders over 20kgs or an order that will be shipped with multiple cartons requires a street address for delivery as these will be delivered by a courier. We also recommend that you give us your phone number as well.
What is the best address for delivery?
As the courier will arrive during business hours we recommend that you give us your work address or a friends business address. From our experience this eliminates failed deliveries, reduces the shipping cost and you will end up getting your delivery sooner. If you have no alternative we can deliver to your domestic/home address.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes. We deliver using tracked couriers and they will require a signature unless you fill out an ATL (Authority To Leave) form and put it on your front door. This will give the driver authority to leave the goods on your doorstep and it will also make you liable for any loss of parcels that disappear from your specified ATL area.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for shipments under 20kg and 0.25 cubic metres we can ship these with Australia Post Express. When you select this shipping method we endeavour to dispatch these orders the same business day if recevied before 11am Melbourne time. These will typically be delivered the next business day within the Australia Post Express Network.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No, we don't ship retail orders internationally. We do work with a large number of international retailers to make the Keg King range available world-wide though. What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place an order if you pay be credit card then it will usually be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. If payment is made by bank deposit then the order will not be processed or dispatched until the funds have cleared in our bank account. This usually will add 1 additional business day onto the delivery time.
For orders where Australia Post Express shipping is selected we endeavour to get all orders received before 11am Melbourne time dispatched the same day.

Can I track my delivery?
In 99% of cases we will send the delivery using a tracked service. After your order is processed you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How can I order Out of Stock items?
We don't take pre-payment for out of stock items. If you see an item that is currently out of stock and you would like to purchase, you can enter your email on the product page to receive notification when the item is back in stock.
