Coopers Carbonation Drops - 250g
Use one per stubby or two for 640ml bottles to create carbonation in your bottled beers.
Add to the bottle first, then fill with your finished beer from the fermenter.
Allow to stand for at least 14 days at room temperature (20C) before opening.
The carbonation drop will melt after a few hours in the bottle. Invert the capped bottle to mix the disolved carbonation drop with the beer.
Live yeast still in suspension in the bottle will consume the sugars and create CO2 plus a tiny bit more alcohol.
