2 Years Extended Warranty for Series XL and Series 4

Give your kegerator applicance the protection of a two year extended warranty period.

With our extended warranty you'll get piece of mind knowing that you are covered for repair and replacement costs if something goes wrong with the appliance.

With this extened warranty, customers that purchased their kegerators with shipping, return shipping from the post code to our repair facilty is covered as is the return back to the post code after repair.

With the extended warranty for customers that purchased their kegerators for collection from our retail facility, the kegerator will need to be returned for repair. Shipping can be arranged if required, however shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for return and resupply. 

For customers that purchase kegerators and the extended warranty from Keg King distributors where they are collecting the kegerator, the kegerator will need to be returned to the distributor for return to our repair facility and the resupply shipment will be returned to the Keg King distributor for collection by the customer.

The extended warranty also covers parts, labour and testing at our repair facility.

We will work to repair your KegMaster XL or S4 kegerator in a timely manner. 

If our assement and testing indicates that a replacement is necessary, you will be sent a new product or similar new product from our range should the return model no longer be in production.

NOT COVERED UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY

Our Extended Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the exterior of your kegerator unit caused after delivery. 

Damage from draft system leakage into the electronic or refigeration compontents of the kegerator are not covered under the extended warranty.

Damage due to pests, negligence, accidental damage, improper use of the product, drops, falls or natural disaster are not covered under the extended warranty.

Compensation for the loss of beverages, food or contents of the fridge are not covered under the extended warranty.
