Care and safety

• Clean with a soft cloth and suitable brewery cleaner
• Do not use abrasive brushes or expose the PET tank to water above 40°C
• Store away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C
• Pressure-test the assembled fermenter with water before fermenting
• Do not use a tank that is scratched, damaged or deformed
