Step 1 — Clean & Sanitise

Before any great brew comes a clean vessel. The bundle includes both a cleaner and a sanitiser so your fermentation is protected right from the start.

• ABC Alkaline Brewery Cleaner 1kg — Australian-made, non-caustic, food-safe powdered brewery wash. The chelating agents in ABC allow it to work effectively even in hard water, and it cleans at lower temperatures than caustic alternatives. Gentler on your equipment and easier to rinse than sodium hydroxide, it tackles beer stone, proteins, stains and grease with ease.
• Atomic 15 Foaming No-Rinse Sanitiser 495ml — NATA laboratory-tested and proudly Australian-made, Atomic 15 is a phosphoric-based, no-rinse foaming sanitiser that is safe to leave in contact with your brewing vessels. It won't impart any off-flavours or aromas, works on stainless steel, plastic, glass and heavy-duty silicone, and makes over 300 litres of sanitiser from a single bottle. The foam can even act as a yeast nutrient—so any residual is not a problem.

Step 2 — Brew

• Chubby Apollo 30L Pressure Fermenter with Wide Mouth and Integrated Handles — Australian-made from high-end PET and individually pressure-tested, the Chubby Apollo is one of the world's most popular pressure fermenters—and Keg King's own Engineering Team has made it even better. The wide 115mm lid gives you easy access for cleaning and dry-hopping, while the bottom chime keeps the tank upright without an external rack or frame. Integrated handles make it easy to lift even when full. The 30L capacity is perfect for a single batch, and the centre lid port (½ inch BSP) lets you add a thermowell, spunding valve or CIP equipment. It works as a closed pressure fermenter or a simple gravity fermenter with an airlock—versatile enough to grow with your brewing.
• Aussie Draught Fresh Wort Kit — An all-grain fresh wort kit brewed in-house at Keg King's Springvale brewery on a 500L Speidel Braumeister. Aussie Draught is a sessionable, pale-gold lager-style beer with a light malt character, subtle Hersbrucker hop aroma, clean bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish—17 IBU, starting gravity of 1.046. Simply pour the 16.5L cube into your vessel, top up with 3 litres of water, pitch your yeast and you're away.
• Fermentis Safale US-05 Yeast 11.5g — One of the most trusted dry yeasts in the world. US-05 produces clean, neutral, well-balanced ales and is equally at home in a lager-style beer. It ferments at 18–26°C, making it ideal for use in the NEO without needing lager temperatures. High flocculation properties help produce a clear, bright beer. Its dry powdered form is easy to store, and it can be pitched directly into the fermenter without rehydration.

Step 3 — Ferment & Monitor

• NEO Glass Door Kegerator & Fermentation Chamber — The NEO is the centrepiece of this bundle: a compact, multi-purpose climate-controlled fridge with both heating and cooling capability. Set your target fermentation temperature on the digital controller and NEO will maintain it precisely from -2°C to 35°C.
