Where can I pick up my orders from?

Once you're informed that your order is ready, you can collect it from the address below:

Can I request other Keg King items to be stocked in Sydney?

We currently offer a selection of our flagship products in Sydney. If there are other items you'd like to see stocked, please email us at sydney@kegking.com.au.

What are your bank details so I can pay via a bank deposit?

How long does it take until my order is ready for collection?

Please allow one business day for your order to be processed and picked. You will receive an email when it is ready for collection.

Why is there a handling fee charged?

There is a small handling charge for each order. This is towards warehousing and processing of orders, allowing us to keep product prices as low as possible.

I'd like to order something that isn't available at Keg King Sydney?

Our full range is still available to be shipped from Melbourne; you can order from www.kegking.com.au. You will need to create a separate login if you already have an account at sydney.kegking.com.au.
