This Englsh Bitter is a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. Coopers English Bitter displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blen of toasty/sweet malt flavours finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slighly less chilled if desired.
A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
Recommended to be mixed to 23 litres with 500g Light Dry Malt.
