Enigma Hop Pellets are a unique and versatile hop variety from Australia that will add a touch of mystery to your brew. Enigma hops have a complex flavour profile of white grape, red currant, raspberry and rockmelon, with different aspects shining depending on the dose and timing of the addition.
Enigma hops are ideal for IPAs, pale ales, saisons and sour beers, where they can impart a refreshing and crisp "Pinot Gris" character. Enigma hops have a high alpha acid content (typically 16.7 - 19.4%), making them suitable for bittering as well as aroma and flavour.
Alpha Acid (AA): 18%
Purpose: Dual-Purpose
Aroma: White grape, raspberry, redcurrant, rockmelon, passion fruit and nutmeg.
Beer styles: IPA, pale ale and other hop-forward styles.
Substitutions: Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc
