DESCRIPTION
Don't let the name fool you. Our Oz Aussie Bitter is actually a champion English Best Bitter recipe brought to life in our brewery here in Sprinvale, Victoria. Oz Aussie Bitter balances malt and hops so that a sessionable, beer is achieved.
Pale amber in colour with a brilliant white head of foam that reduces to think lace in your glass, Oz Aussie Bitter combines light toasty bisuit malt flavours with a hint of pear, plum stone fruit flavours and aromas when you use a real English ale yeast to do the fermenation. Bitter might be in the name but smooth is all your going to get when you sip this drop of brewing heaven. A little kick of chocolate malt helps bring the whole structure of this beer together and help it achieve a fascinating light redish, golden orange colour.
You'll catch light caramel toasty notes and low resiny, earthy characters as the amber colours glint in your glass. There is nothing over-powering, everything is in harmony as the flavours swirl throughout your pallet and vanish with a dry finish.
