Brussels is the traditional Belgian strain used to create world class Belgian-style beers with complex fruit and spice notes.

Yeast Profile

Complex fruit and spice notes. Ideal for Belgian Saisons and Belgian Dubbels.
This is a phenomenal wort attenuator producing a very dry, crisp beer with nice citrus aromas.
Requires filtration for bright beers.

  • Alcohol Tolerance: 12%
  • Flocculation: Low
  • Attenuation: 77-83%
