• Register for an account on our website and start earning 5 points for every dollar you spend. When shopping in our Springvale store, provide your email address before the sale is completed so our system can identify your account and award your points.
• Keep track of your points balance and expiry dates from your account dashboard.
  You can also "opt in" to receive emails when points are received, and/or when points are about to expire.
  Points from purchases are valid for 90 days, while points from other sources may vary.
• Redeem your points at online checkout or in our Springvale store through Shopify POS and enjoy a discount on your order. Every 100 points equals $1 off.

How To Redeem Points

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the Loyalty Account Page.
3. Click Redeem.
4. Click the small present icon to redeem your points for a voucher.
5. Vouchers are issued at a rate of 100 points = $1 and can only be redeemed in full dollar amounts.
6. After redeeming, open the Wallet tab.
7. Click the small tag icon to reveal the voucher code.
8. The voucher code can be used at online checkout or in store.
9. Customers must generate the voucher in their account before it can be used in store.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility 
The Keg King loyalty program is open to retail customers who have created an account on the Keg King website at www.kegking.com.au and are located within Australia. 
 
How to Earn Points 
Points can be earned in various ways, such as making a purchase at www.kegking.com.au, making an eligible purchase at Keg King's Springvale store through Shopify POS, writing a review, etc. For in-store purchases, customers must provide their email address before the sale is completed so the purchase can be linked to their loyalty account. 
Points are currently not earned through: 

• Purchases at Keg King distributors.
• Phone, email or online chat orders.
• Orders through a wholesale or trade account.
• Freight cost on orders.

Points Expiry 
The expiry date of points is displayed in your customer account, and may vary depending on how the points were acquired. 
 
Redemption of points 
Points can be redeemed on the Keg King retail website at www.kegking.com.au or at Keg King's Springvale store. 100 points can be used for $1 of value when placing an order, but certain items or promotional prices may be excluded. Vouchers must be generated in the customer's account before they can be used in store. 
 
Removal of Individual Eligibility 
Keg King reserves the right to remove or reduce a customer's point balance, and/or their eligibility for the program, at any time and at its sole discretion. 
 
Changes to Program 
Keg King reserves the right to modify the program at any time, with or without notice. Keg King may also change these terms and conditions or any aspect of the program, including the point earning and redemption opportunities, the expiration policy, and the eligibility requirements. 
 
Termination of Program 
Keg King reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, all unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. 
 
By participating in the Keg King loyalty program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any modifications or changes to the program.
