ULTRATAP DESIGN INNOVATION

Designed with forward sealing tap technology the UltraTap’s all stainless steel construction provides the highest level of food grade sanitation, minimizing oxygen exposure and reducing line contamination more than rear sealing commercial taps

The UltraTap’s longer internal stainless steel shuttle with integrated plunge seal creates the most fluid dynamic opening system of any tap. The mass of the shuttle also slows temperature changes. 

On top of this We also apply an extra level of detail to the internal texture of the tap to ensure laminar flow of the liquid as it passes within the tap body. 

 

 

ULTRATAP FOR STOUT AND NITRO DRINKS 

The perfect pour is just the beginning with the UltraTap. From here, the UltraTap can also provide the perfect stout pour, mini keg transfer, growler fill and more.

Remove the UltraTap’s spout and install the UltraTap Stout Spout for authentic high pressure nitrogenated beverage dispense with the signature creamy head customers know and love. Complete with restriction plate, flow stream adaptor and a 52mm tapered spout design, the Ultratap Stout Spout presents nitrogen and mix gas dispensed products without the need for a separate tap.   

 

 

ULTRATAP FOR TAKEAWAY GROWLER FILLS

Package beverage direct from the tap to your venue’s own growlers for takeaway service from the bar using the UltraTap’s Growler Filler insert. Designed with simplicity in mind, servers can simply install the insert into the tap nozzle and fit tubing to the barb to bring the beverage to the bottom of the growler to reduce foam when filling. Easy. Clean. Fast.

 

ULTRATAP FOR MINI KEG TRANSFERS

Fill closed vessels and ball lock kegs direct from the tap by using the UltraTap Ball Lock Spout adapter. With the popularity of mini stainless steel and PET variety kegs, you can easily accommodate customers who want to purchase a mini keg fill over the bar.  

Utilising the UltraTap Ball Lock Spout and a simple liquid disconnect transfer line connection, mini keg fills can be accomplished through the liquid diptube to minimize splashing and aeration.

 

 

ULTRATAP FOR FLOW CONTROL WITH A TWIST

In today’s challenging hospitality environment, customers want to sample new beverages with interesting ingredients. Bars also have to offer a variety of kegged beverages other than beer including premixed cocktails, sparkling wines and more. To serve samples and high pressure soda based sparkling drinks on tap, you have to have dedicated flow control type taps on your font.

 

ONLY UltraTap variety taps provide the ability to transform your taps from standard on/off variety taps into flow control taps when the Ultratap TWIST upgrade is installed. This unique device provides incredible control of the amount of liquid passing through the tap body when the handle is twisted. 

From full off to full blast, the TWIST flow control feature will help you capture every drop without wastage simply by twisting the tap handle. This means the server can fill small sample glasses, highball style glasses, disc style glasses and more without the extra back pressure on the cocktail kegs causing issues.  TWIST is the only tap of its kind that provides real flow control selection directly in the tap handle itself. That’s innovation that can save product and mess. 

 

ULTRATAP ULTRAFILL CP BOTTLE FILLER

Preserving carbonation and character in your bottle/growler/mini keg fills requires counter pressure filling control. 

Designed to fit the signature thread of the UltraTap nozzle, the Ultrafill Counter Pressure Filler device provides the ultimate in carbonation capture control directly from the tap to bottles, growlers and kegs. 

With a telescopic filling tube that can extend to fill 750ml bottles and a silicone bung that can be changed to accommodate wide mouth vessels, The Ultrafill will purge and pressurize the vessel with CO2 gas attached from the draft system gas cylinder.

Select the fill pressure and open the tap. The vessel will fill under pressure, capturing the carbonation. Seal with a bottle caps or crown caps and the packaged beverage is now able to be stored without affecting the carbonation. Bottles and growlers filled using an Ultrafill device will still hiss when opened even a year after filling. This means growlers, bottles and more can be prefilled and stored cold for fast service across the bar. 

 

 

ULTRA TEE FONTS  

The perfect tap deserves a perfect font. UltraTee fonts bring together form and function in a ready to install, preassembled package available in Double, Triple and Quadruple varieites.

All stainless steel construction and utilising all stainless shank based tap connections, UltraTee fonts are the right height for taking advantage of all the UltraTap equipment options while also providing an attractive presentation for your tap array.

With precut liquid lines already installed, UltraTee fonts are ready to plug and play, providing the right length of EVAFresh variety beverage tubing to get from the keg to the tap for a perfect pour. 

Beyond this, every UltraTee font kit comes complete with extra gas line tubing and gas line splitters to accommodate every tap on the font. There are also ball lock gas and liquid disconnects provided in the equipment pack, font mounting hardware, a five-in-one tap tool and high quality DM variety push-in fittings that make installation and connection fast and simple. 

UltraTee fonts can also be supplied without taps and shanks so the font can be assembled with our dry-break Kinglok fittings instead of shanks for commercial operations where quick disconnections are required for fast tap maintenance and end of shift cleaning.  

 

 

ULTRATAP MARTINUS

Getting the perfect pour on an espresso martini or nitrogenated cocktails requires the right mix of gas, liquid flow speed and back pressure so the beverage will stack perfectly into a shallow glass to form a luxurious crema head thick enough to support a garnish. 

The Ultratap Martinus is specifically designed to provide the luxurious crema style pour that marks the signature espresso martini. 

The design utilises the UltraTap body while the internal pour function is activated by the side pull handle on a horizontal plane. 

The side pull action provides the server with control over the internal aperture that adjusts the flow of the high-pressure liquid through the tap body.  This feature greatly improves the ability to crown the beverage with crema throughout the pour.
