Clean-In-Place (CIP) Upgrade Kit for Cleaning Keg & Fermenters

CIP Kit for Corny Cleaner

Our CIP Kit  gives you everything you need to use the submersible pump from the Corny Cleaner to drive a stainless steel sprayball attachment inside the lid of your G3 Fermenter King Unitanks in either 35L or 60L sizes.

The CIP Kit for the Corny Cleaner comes with:

• Stainless Steel 1/2 inch BSP Sprayball (9162-2)
• 1x Hose Barb 13mm x 1/2 BSP Female (5717)
• 2 meters of heavy duty silicone tubing (5496)

Simply remove the plunger valve from the G3 tank and attach the sprayball onto the male thread located at the bottom of the G3 Lid.

Take off everything from the pump except the plastic hex nipple and insert the hoes barbs, one on the hex nipple and another on top of the G3 Lid. The silicone tubing connects the pump outlet to the hose barb on the G3 lid.

Remove the collection bottle from the tank and the bottle adaptor. Parts that have been removed from both the keg washer and fermenter can be left in the bucket to soak.

Seat the fermenter tank on the metal stand and place the bucket directly below the tank

Fill the tank with at least 2 litres of solution before turning on the pump. Follow the time cycles according to the cleaner recommendations.
