The ultimate solution to your final rinse:

Atomic 15 Annihilator is a stabilized solution of phosphoric acid and peracetic acid. Phosphoric acid is a weak, inorganic acid that is commonly used in the beer industry for sanitation and pH reduction. Paracetic acid has a higher oxidizing potential than phosphoric acid and thus, brings true microbial death to unwanted microorganisms. Both acids work in synergy to kill microorganisms with the phosphoric acid catalyzing the effects of peracetic acid. When diluted to the peracetic acid range of 80-100 ppm, Annihilator becomes a low-foam, non-rinse sanitiser for killing undesirable bacteria and fungi found in brewing systems.

Directions For Use:

Mix 1.5 – 1.8ml of sanitiser to every litre of water. This yields 80 – 100 ppm of PAA, which is the non-rinse kill zone range for sanitation. For CIP applications, follow the table below to get the correct water usage for an efficient acid wash.

Corrosive. Can cause eye irritation and skin burns. Harmful if swallowed/inhaled or absorbed through skin. Heating may cause a fire. Wear protective clothing and gloves to avoid skin and eye contact. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not mix with salts, organic solvents and flammable materials.

STORAGE

Store container closed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep away from sunlight. Keep away from heat sources > 60C. Keep away from flammable substances. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
